In 1958, Enzo Belli wanted to use his knowledge of traditional Tuscan baking that he learned from his Grandfather, Aristide, so he opened a small pastry shop. The small shop was successful and grew into the company that we know today as Biscottifico Belli. Even though they've grown in size, they still carefully choose the best raw ingredients & follow their traditional recipes.
