DESCRIPTION: The Glaze with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and Fig is creamy and delicate, with gently sweet notes from this fruit. To be added directly or used for glazing.
INGREDIENTS: Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 39% (wine vinegar, cooked grape must), cooked grape must, glucose and fructose syrup, fig juice and puree 5%, modified corn starch, flavour. Contains Sulphites.
TASTING NOTES: Our fig flavored balsamic reduction creates a rich, flavorful, thick and syrup-like glaze with a sweet and savory flavor.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Balsamic fig glaze is excellent on fruit, desserts, aged cheese, eggs, steak, vegetables, and salads.
