The recipes of all products are patiently collected from the Islanders and local fishermen.
The Groix et Nature range follows Breton traditions very closely with intense flavors seasoned with a hint of originality. The result is quite simply delicious. The Groix and Nature Lobster Oil is one of a kind. It is prepared by boiling the shell of the lobster down with standard stock vegetables and grapeseed oil. A true delicacy, a little bit of this oil goes an incredibly long way.
