Made with Sunflower seed oil and white truffles, the White truffle oil is never cooked and is light in flavor. The Black Truffle oil is a "finishing oil" and is rarely used for cooking. Black truffle oil has a stronger taste than white, so it is best paired with meats, sauces, or casseroles.
