Penja White Pepper is cultivated in the valley of Penja in Cameroon making this a rare and special spice. The pepper is so fine, it does not irritate the nose and will not result in sneezing! Use in sauces and cream soups such as zucchini, or use whole to pickle green beans and cucumbers.
