Giuseppe Giusti presents an innovative line of gourmet condiments that offer both sweet and fresh alternatives to traditional cuisine. Among them, "Saba," a syrupy delight known since Roman times, is made from cooked grape must, offering a lusciously sweet profile. Our collection also features Sweet and Sour Dressings, particularly the White Condiment, which is crafted from the juice of delicately pressed Trebbiano grapes blended with white wine vinegar and aged in French oak and ash casks. This process preserves the fruit’s floral aromas, resulting in a condiment with subtle acidity and sweet notes of yellow fruits and dried citrus. Additionally, our Gourmet Specialties introduce novel uses of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, such as Balsamic Pearls. Created through spherification, these pearls mimic caviar and provide a creative, new texture for enhancing dishes.
